The country strategy Paper 2023-2027 sets out how AAC will continue to adopt a human rights-based approach, underpinned with feminist leadership principles to ensure equal participation in decision-making processes at all levels, and that the voices of women and young people are influencing discussions related to climate change mitigation and disaster risk reduction, resource distribution, tax revenue transparency and gender-responsive public service provision, agroecology and natural resource management and the achievement of sustainable livelihoods for smallholder farmers and fisherfolk in Cambodia.
