Position Details: 

• The Child Sponsorship Intern (Full-time 4 Positions) is vital in maintaining supporter communication by managing the end-to-end processing of Child Messages, New Child Profiles, Profile Update, Photo Updates, Correspondences, CS reports, logistic support and other assigned tasks by ensuring that all materials delivered to sponsors meet the organization's high standards for quality and timeliness.
• The Child Sponsorship Volunteers (4 Positions) will assist in maintaining timely supporter communication services, including translating and editing relevant documents such as child messages, child replies, supporter correspondence, and reports; preparing logistics and administrative work; and carrying out other assigned tasks to ensure high-quality services for children, communities, and supporters.
• The Administrative Intern (1 Position) will assist in maintaining administrative support as well as sourcing goods/services and managing data records like RFQs, goods delivery & inspection, supplier database updates, supplier vetting lists, filing procurement docs, and uploading scanned files to the procurement tracker.
